Other players included Wei Wang, Li Zhang, Zhe Chen, Yufeng Zhang, Fei Feng, Hongbo Zhang, Guangbiao Liu and Lingfeng Sun.

Flag of South Korea South Korea finished 4th, their worst finish since the 1969 Asian Championship.

Flag of Philippines Philippines placed 5th.

Flag of Thailand Thailand was sixth.
