[edit] History, Comments, Contributions
Before the 2002 season, the Chicago White Sox acquired pitcher Todd Ritchie from the Pittsburgh Pirates for pitchers Kip Wells, Josh Fogg, and Sean Lowe. The trade backfired on the Sox, as Ritchie went 5-15 with a 6.06 ERA while Wells and Fogg were key members of the Pirates rotation.
