The 1999 Division II College World Series was held in Montgomery, AL. The tournament was won by Cal State Chico, coached by Lindsay Meggs. The runner-up was the Kennesaw State University. Cal State Chico pitcher John Eric Hernandez was named the series Most Outstanding Player.
