The 1999 All-Star Game was held on Tuesday, July 13, 1999. The American League won the seventieth midsummer classic by a score of 4 to 1. The game was held at Fenway Park in Boston, MA in front of 34,187 fans. The MVP was Pedro Martínez of the Red Sox.
