The New York Yankees' 1995 season was the 93rd season for the Yankees. The team finished with a record of 79-65 finishing 7 games behind of the Boston Red Sox. New York was managed by Buck Showalter. The Yankees played at Yankee Stadium. They won the first American League Wild Card. In the playoffs, they would blow a 2-0 series lead and lose to the Seattle Mariners in 5 games in the American League Division Series.
