The 1986 All-Star Game was held on Tuesday, July 15, 1986. The American League won the fifty-seventh midsummer classic by a score of 3 to 2. The game was held at Astrodome in Houston, TX in front of 45,774 fans. The MVP was Roger Clemens of the Red Sox.
