1976 Division II College World Series

The 1976 Division II College World Series was held in Springfield, IL. The tournament was won by Cal Poly Pomona, coached by John Scolinos. The runner-up was SIU Edwardsville. Cal Poly Pomona outfielder Ken Hellyer was named the series Most Outstanding Player. This would be the final series played with six teams as the tournament expanded to eight the following year.
