The 1974 All-Star Game was held on Tuesday, July 23, 1974. The National League won the forty-fifth midsummer classic by a score of 7 to 2. The game was held at Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh, PA in front of 50,706 fans. The MVP was Steve Garvey of the Dodgers.
