The 1964 Pacific Coast League season was the 62nd in the league's history, and ended with the San Diego Padres winning their second league championship in three years.

Indianapolis and Arkansas moved over from the International League to expand the PCL to 12 teams. The two-division format implemented in 1963 was retained, with the divisions being renamed.

This would be the final season for the renamed Dallas Rangers.
