Teammates with 5 hits in a 9-inning game

Last night Shane Victornio and Aaron Rowand both had 5 hits in a regular 9-inning game. It made me wonder how often two or more players from the same team have gotten 5 or more hits in a 9-inning game.

Here's what I found...

First the methodology:

There isn't a totally straightforward way to do this yet on the PI, but what I did was a simple Batter Game Finder, looking for 5 hits or more by a batter in a 9-inning game. Then I sorted the results by date, and looked down the list for games on the same day, then to see if instances on the same day were by teammates.

So the 42 and 43 mean they are the 42 and 43rd most recent instances of a player getting at least 5 hits in a 9-inning game. (At this writing, the two Phillies from last night haven't been added yet, so Feliz and Cruz are actually numbers 44 and 45.) (EDITOR'S NOTE: Turns out Michael Young also had 5 hits yesterday, so Feliz and Cruz are actually 45 and 46...)

I looked back only as far as 1997, and these three are all that I found. Did I miss any?
