Some very sad news today about the passing of former big-league pitcher Kevin Foster at the age of just 39.

And here is a game where Foster not only got the win but also hit a homer.

Of course I did not know Foster personally, but I remember when he came up with the Phillies. He smiled a lot and always seemed like a happy guy. Rest in peace.
