Lots of Homers, Not Much Else
Through August 18, Marcus Thames had 21 homeruns and 58 hits. Only 2 players in history have completed a season with more than 20 homeruns and less than 60 hits.

Carlos Pena 2008 comes up at 13th (Of course that could be changing as I type).

Have you ever looked at Marcus Thames's stats with the bases loaded? It seems like, at least for a while, you could count on a grand slam every time.
