Record (since 1957) for most baserunners allowed in a 9 inning complete game while allowing:
0 runs: 16 Marty Pattin &amp; Bill Stoneman
1 run: 18 Frank Lary
2 runs: 19 Bill Stafford
Additionally the record (since 1957) is 21 and both pitchers won. (although the 3 who allowed 20 all lost http://www.bb-ref.com/pi/shareit/9nNB)
PS Why can’t we sort by BR?</description>

		<description>I just looked.  He actually had four CG&#039;s with 4 K&#039;s. Never went as low as 3 though.  1 was an 8 inning loss.  The other 3 were 9 inning victories.</description>
